1. Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
2. Engage in personalized client outreach and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
3. Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and business performance.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and ensure compliance with Richemont standards.
7. Support after-sales clients and ensure high-quality after-sales service.

Expected salary range: $21 - $24 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
