1. Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
2. Engage actively in achieving CRM targets through personalized outreach and clienteling tools.
3. Capture and maintain detailed client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet store and individual KPIs.
5. Participate in all commercial activities and trainings set by management.
6. Ensure a pristine store environment and support colleagues in operational excellence.
7. Inform management of any necessary store repairs to maintain a luxurious ambiance.
8. Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting after-sales service.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.

Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24, based on skills and experience.
