- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Engage actively in achieving CRM targets through personalized outreach and clienteling tools.
- Capture and maintain detailed client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet store and individual KPIs.
- Participate in all commercial activities and trainings set by management.
- Ensure a pristine store environment and support colleagues in operational excellence.
- Inform management of any necessary store repairs to maintain a luxurious ambiance.
- Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting after-sales service.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the local trading environment and competitor activities.
- Attention to detail in maintaining store standards.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $24, based on skills and experience.
