1. Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
2. Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
3. Capture client data and maintain detailed records of qualitative information.
4. Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support colleagues and management.
7. Inform management of any required structural repairs to ensure a luxurious store environment.
8. Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
9. Support after-sales clients and ensure exceptional after-sales service.
10. Comply with Richemont policies and standards.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24, based on skills and experience.
