- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
- Capture client data and maintain detailed records of qualitative information.
- Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
- Participate in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and support colleagues and management.
- Inform management of any required structural repairs to ensure a luxurious store environment.
- Implement store and back-of-house management guidelines and participate in inventories.
- Support after-sales clients and ensure exceptional after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont policies and standards.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM and clienteling tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of omnichannel sales strategies
- Attention to detail in maintaining store standards
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Expected hourly range: $21-$24, based on skills and experience.
