1. Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
2. Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.

5. Achieve store and individual sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
6. Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitors' activities.
7. Ensure the store environment and back-of-house are impeccably maintained.
8. Inform management of any necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious store environment.
9. Implement guidelines related to store and back-of-house management and participate in inventories.
10. Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
11. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

Expected hourly range: $24-$28/hr, based on relevant skills and experience.
