- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
- Capture client data consistently and maintain detailed notes on qualitative information.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and business performance.
- Achieve store and individual sales, KPIs, and CRM targets.
- Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitors' activities.
- Ensure the store environment and back-of-house are impeccably maintained.
- Inform management of any necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious store environment.
- Implement guidelines related to store and back-of-house management and participate in inventories.
- Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience in developing long-term client relationships.
- Strong clienteling and CRM skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using omnichannel services to drive sales.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is required.
Expected hourly range: $24-$28/hr, based on relevant skills and experience.
