1. Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
2. Engage in personalized outreach campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to meet CRM targets.

5. Participate in training and commercial activities to support business performance.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support colleagues in operations.
7. Inform management of any necessary store repairs to ensure a luxurious setting.
8. Implement store management guidelines and participate in inventory processes.
9. Support after-sales clients and ensure high-quality after-sales service.
10. Comply with Richemont policies and standards.
