- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Engage in personalized client outreach and utilize clienteling tools effectively.
- Capture and maintain detailed client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and business performance.
- Achieve store and individual sales targets, KPIs, and CRM goals.
- Participate in training and commercial activities organized by management.
- Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
- Inform management of any necessary store repairs to maintain luxury standards.
- Implement guidelines for store and back-of-house management and participate in inventories.
- Support after-sales clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Experience in client relationship management and clienteling.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies and sales targets.
- Understanding of luxury retail operations and standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and clienteling tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
Expected hourly range: $21-$24, determined by relevant skills and experience.
