1. Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
2. Engage in personalized client outreach and utilize clienteling tools effectively.
3. Capture and maintain detailed client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and business performance.
5. Achieve store and individual sales targets, KPIs, and CRM goals.
6. Participate in training and commercial activities organized by management.
7. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
8. Inform management of any necessary store repairs to maintain luxury standards.
9. Implement guidelines for store and back-of-house management and participate in inventories.
10. Support after-sales clients and ensure excellent after-sales service.
11. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

Expected hourly range: $21-$24, determined by relevant skills and experience.
