1. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and sales activities.
2. Achieve store targets, annual objectives, and brand KPIs.
3. Lead and cultivate a team culture, managing employee performance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
4. Train store staff in sales techniques and customer service skills.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and effective customer relationship management.
