1. Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships and achieving CRM targets.
2. Supervise sales activities on the floor to enhance business performance and customer service.
3. Ensure team engagement with omnichannel services and develop action plans aligned with maison strategy.
4. Conduct team briefings, performance assessments, and implement training and development plans.
5. Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with Richemont policies and maintaining an impeccable environment.

1. Previous experience as a Store Manager or significant experience as an Assistant Store Manager in luxury retail.
2. Strong understanding of luxury standards and business strategies.
3. Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling.
