1. Maintain accurate stock levels in-store and conduct regular cycle counts.
2. Organize stockroom and on-the-floor inventory to ensure optimal conditions.
3. Receive and verify deliveries from the central warehouse.
4. Manage stock transfers between stores and for commercial activities such as consignment and photo shoots.
5. Coordinate end-of-season returns.
6. Participate in team briefings and share operational insights.
7. Assist stylists with stock requests and provide timely updates on deliveries.
8. Communicate inventory results and consignment issues to the finance team.
9. Engage with other stores to share best practices and resolve issues.
10. Manage shipping and VAT documentation.
11. Support the manager in updating boutique operating procedures.
12. Provide administrative support for courier bookings and supply orders.
13. Ensure compliance with Richemont processes.

1. Previous experience as a Stock Controller, preferably in the fashion industry.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Proficiency in digital tools and inventory management systems.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Candidates should have prior experience in stock control, ideally within a fashion retail environment.
