1. Oversee the research, creation, development, refinement, and ordering of collection supplies for pre-collections, runway collections, capsules, special projects, bespoke items, as well as commercial and press repeats.
2. Ensure adherence to timelines, collection plans, and budgets, including PDM updates, coding, and creation of article and color codes.
3. Cultivate high-quality relationships with all stakeholders involved in the collection development process, including product development, material purchasing, embroidery development, workshops, merchandising, stock, and production.

1. Advanced degree in Textile or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in textile development.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PLM systems.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
4. Curiosity, rigor, and a sensitivity to the women's ready-to-wear fashion sector.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile development sector is required.

Advanced degree in Textile or a related field.
