- Participate in the research, creation, development, refinement, and ordering process for collection supplies across pre-collections, runway collections, capsules, special projects, bespoke, and commercial and press repeats.
- Manage the development of supplies and components, ensuring adherence to timelines, collection plans, budgets, and strategic objectives set by the Product Development Directorate.
- Foster quality relationships with all stakeholders involved in the collection development process, including product development, material purchasing, embroidery development, workshops, merchandising, stock, and production.
- Maintain constant communication with all parties to ensure seamless information transfer.
- Supervise an intern position.
- Advanced degree in Textile or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Creativity and awareness of artistic trends.
- Curiosity about technological advancements and innovation in textiles and sustainability.
- Strong affinity for women's ready-to-wear fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous, organized, and adept at managing timelines.
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, versatility, and responsiveness.
- Teamwork orientation and flexibility.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
Advanced degree in Textile or related field.
