8. Proactively inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
9. Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards, ensuring impeccable after-sales service.

1. Proven experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.
2. Fluency in French, English, and Russian.
