1. Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the Chloé family.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
3. Engage actively in CRM objectives, implementing personalized communication campaigns.
4. Collect and record client data, focusing on VVIC and VIC portfolios.
5. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and achieve individual and collective boutique targets.
6. Participate in training and commercial activities set by boutique management.
7. Ensure the boutique's operational excellence and luxurious environment.
8. Support post-sale client interactions to ensure impeccable after-sales service.
9. Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Proven experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
2. Trilingual proficiency in French, English, and Arabic.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling techniques.

Minimum of one year of experience in luxury or high-end sales.
