1. Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the Chloé family and providing a trustworthy advisory role.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Engage actively in CRM initiatives, implementing personalized communication campaigns and utilizing clienteling tools.
4. Collect and record client data, with a focus on VVIC and VIC clients.
5. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and achieve individual and collective boutique goals.
6. Participate in training and commercial activities set by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
7. Ensure the boutique's appearance and operations are impeccable, supporting colleagues and management.
8. Proactively inform management of any necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
9. Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting post-sale client follow-up for impeccable after-sales service.

1. Proven experience in luxury or high-end sales environments.
2. Trilingual proficiency in French, English, and Arabic.

At least one prior experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.
