1. Serve as an ambassador of the Chloé brand, welcoming guests into the Chloé family.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
3. Implement personalized outreach campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to manage CRM tasks.
4. Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on VVICs and VICs.
5. Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales and business performance.
6. Engage in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
7. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
8. Inform management of any necessary structural repairs to uphold a luxurious store ambiance.
9. Adhere to Richemont policies and standards, ensuring compliance and quality.
10. Provide impeccable after-sales service and follow-up with clients.
