1. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.

3. Collect and record client data, focusing on VVIC and VIC portfolios.
4. Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance, aligning with individual and boutique objectives.
5. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities set by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
6. Ensure the boutique's presentation is impeccable, supporting colleagues and management.
7. Proactively inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
8. Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting post-sale services and inventory management.

1. Proven experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.
2. Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
