1. Lead the pre-season buying process, including regional OTB planning and product selection.
2. Enhance regional assortment and manage size breakdowns.
3. Conduct sales and performance analysis during the season.
4. Oversee forecast and planning, inventory management, and product allocation.
5. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team for set-up and follow-up.
6. Provide product and retail feedback to central teams.
7. Monitor regional pricing and ensure optimal distribution performance.
8. Coordinate with local sales administration and HQ distribution teams to adhere to distribution guidelines.

1. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of merchandising experience in the luxury brand sector.
2. Proficiency in business-level English.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with Anaplan and SAP.
5. Strong communication and organizational abilities.
6. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
7. Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
8. Keen fashion sense.

Expected salary range: $120,000-$140,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
