- Lead the pre-season buying process, including regional OTB planning and product selection.
- Enhance regional assortment and manage size breakdowns.
- Conduct sales and performance analysis during the season.
- Oversee forecast and planning, inventory management, and product allocation.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team for set-up and follow-up.
- Provide product and retail feedback to central teams.
- Monitor regional pricing and ensure optimal distribution performance.
- Coordinate with local sales administration and HQ distribution teams to adhere to distribution guidelines.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of merchandising experience in the luxury brand sector.
- Proficiency in business-level English.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Anaplan and SAP.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Keen fashion sense.

Expected salary range: $120,000-$140,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
