Chloé Senior Leather Goods Designer

- Develop and illustrate the collection's concept in alignment with the Head Designer's vision, utilizing extensive research to establish themes, designs, and seasonal color palettes.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure the collection's development aligns with creative concepts and is delivered on schedule.
- Ensure design output adheres to the Leather Goods collection plans and calendars, meeting business needs in collaboration with Collection Merchandising.
- Prepare for Collection meetings and maintain all related documentation.
- Incorporate quality, target costs, and margins into the creative process.
- Ensure design consistency from concept to final product in store.
- Participate in styling sessions, lookbook creation, and shows with the Creative Director.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing, creating, and developing leather goods.
- Strong fashion culture and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, ProCreate, and other design tools.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative-taking and decision-making capabilities.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to diversity and collaboration.
- Pursuit of excellence in delivering results beyond luxury clients' expectations.
- Creative with the ability to bring new perspectives and solutions.
- Awareness of societal and environmental impact with a drive to improve.
