1. Develop and illustrate the collection's concept in alignment with the Head Designer's vision, utilizing extensive research to establish themes, designs, and seasonal color palettes.
2. Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure the collection's development aligns with creative concepts and is delivered on schedule.
3. Ensure design output adheres to the Leather Goods collection plans and calendars, meeting business needs in collaboration with Collection Merchandising.
4. Prepare for Collection meetings and maintain all related documentation.
5. Incorporate quality, target costs, and margins into the creative process.
6. Ensure design consistency from concept to final product in store.
7. Participate in styling sessions, lookbook creation, and shows with the Creative Director.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing, creating, and developing leather goods.
2. Strong fashion culture and excellent communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, ProCreate, and other design tools.
