Chloé Senior Image Project Manager

- Autonomously coordinate cross-functional projects (digital, print, events, press) ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare comprehensive summary documents for management based on information gathered from various stakeholders.
- Propose organizational and process optimization strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of shoots (fashion, products), including planning, scouting, casting, and coordinating technical and creative teams.
- Collaborate with art buying and production teams on selecting vendors, locations, and equipment.
- Manage unforeseen challenges, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Supervise administrative management, including purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate HR-related tasks for freelancers, such as scheduling, contracts, and invoicing.
- Maintain up-to-date budget and project management tools.
- Develop and update an internal database of artists, talents, and creative collaborators.
- Implement artistic monitoring activities, such as organizing meetings, exhibition visits, and distributing internal newsletters.
- Serve as a creative liaison within the communications department.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production within the communication, fashion, or luxury sectors (agency or client-side).
- Over 8-10 years of experience in similar roles.
- Ability to independently manage projects while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High level of reactivity and problem-solving ability.
- Passion for visual creation, photography, fashion, and the luxury industry.
Over 8-10 years of confirmed experience in production roles within the communication, fashion, or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, communication, or a related field.
