1. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.

3. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and achieve individual and collective boutique targets.
4. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities set by management to improve performance.
5. Ensure the boutique's appearance is impeccable and support colleagues and managers in operational excellence.
6. Report any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious environment.
7. Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting post-sale customer service and inventory management.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end fashion.
2. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
