- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.

- Participate in training sessions and commercial activities set by management to improve performance.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance is impeccable and support colleagues and managers in operational excellence.
- Report any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting post-sale customer service and inventory management.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end fashion.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and omnichannel sales strategies.
At least one prior experience in luxury or high-end fashion sales is required.
