4. Collect and record client data, focusing on VVIC and VIC portfolios.
5. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
6. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities as directed by management.
7. Maintain impeccable store standards and support colleagues and management.
8. Proactively inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
9. Adhere to store management guidelines and participate in inventory processes.
10. Provide post-sale support to ensure impeccable after-sales service.
11. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
2. Proficient in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
