Chloé Sales Stylist

- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
- Engage actively in CRM objectives and implement personalized communication campaigns.
- Utilize all available clienteling tools to achieve CRM missions within set deadlines.
- Collect and record qualitative client data systematically, focusing on VVIC and VIC portfolios.
- Offer excellent customer service and drive strong commercial performance through omnichannel services.
- Participate in training sessions and commercial activities as directed by management.
- Ensure the boutique's impeccable appearance and support colleagues and managers.
- Proactively inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Adhere to boutique management guidelines and participate in inventory processes.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to utilize omnichannel sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
At least one previous experience in luxury or high-end sales is required.
