1. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Engage actively in CRM objectives and implement personalized communication campaigns.
3. Utilize all available clienteling tools to achieve CRM missions within set deadlines.
4. Collect and record qualitative client data systematically, focusing on VVIC and VIC portfolios.
5. Offer excellent customer service and drive strong commercial performance through omnichannel services.
6. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities as directed by management.
7. Ensure the boutique's impeccable appearance and support colleagues and managers.
8. Proactively inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
9. Adhere to boutique management guidelines and participate in inventory processes.
10. Provide post-sale support and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
11. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.

1. Strong customer relationship management skills.
2. Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
3. Ability to utilize omnichannel sales techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

At least one previous experience in luxury or high-end sales is required.
