1. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Engage actively with CRM objectives and execute personalized communication campaigns.
3. Utilize all available clienteling tools to achieve CRM missions within deadlines.
4. Collect and record client data, focusing on VVIC and VIC clients.
5. Deliver excellent customer service and drive strong commercial performance through omnichannel services.
6. Participate in training and commercial activities set by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
7. Ensure the boutique's impeccable appearance and support colleagues and management.
8. Proactively inform management of any necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
9. Apply all store management guidelines and participate in inventories.
10. Support clients post-sale and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
11. Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Minimum of one year experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
2. Proficient in both spoken and written English.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems and clienteling tools.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

At least one year of experience in luxury or high-end retail sales.
