1. Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Engage actively in CRM initiatives and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM objectives.
3. Implement personalized communication campaigns and systematically collect client data.
4. Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and meet individual and collective boutique targets.
5. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities organized by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
6. Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards and proactively report any structural repairs needed.
7. Adhere to boutique management guidelines and participate in inventory management.
8. Support clients post-sale to ensure impeccable after-sales service and comply with Richemont's policies.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.
2. Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.

4. Proficiency in utilizing CRM and clienteling tools.

At least one prior experience in luxury or high-end sales advisory roles.
