- Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the Chloé family.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
- Engage actively in CRM activities, implementing personalized communication campaigns.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
- Participate in training and commercial activities set by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
- Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards, supporting colleagues and management.
- Inform management proactively about necessary repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting post-sale customer service.
- Proven experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
- Fluency in French, English, and Russian.
- Strong clienteling and CRM skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing omnichannel sales tools.
At least one prior experience in luxury or high-end sales is required.
