1. Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the Chloé family.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
3. Engage actively in CRM activities, implementing personalized communication campaigns.
4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities set by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
6. Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards, supporting colleagues and management.
7. Inform management proactively about necessary repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
8. Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting post-sale customer service.

1. Proven experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
2. Fluency in French, English, and Russian.

1. Strong clienteling and CRM skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficiency in utilizing omnichannel sales tools.

At least one prior experience in luxury or high-end sales is required.
