Chloé Sales Stylist

- Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and personalized communication.
- Engage actively in CRM initiatives to achieve set objectives and utilize clienteling tools effectively.
- Collect and record qualitative client data, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the client portfolio, particularly VVIC and VIC.
- Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and meet individual and collective boutique targets.
- Participate in training sessions and commercial activities as directed by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards and support colleagues and management in operational excellence.
- Proactively inform management of necessary structural repairs to ensure a luxurious environment.
- Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong clienteling and CRM skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
At least one prior experience in luxury or high-end sales is required.
