1. Cultivate long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and personalized communication.
2. Engage actively in CRM initiatives to achieve set objectives and utilize clienteling tools effectively.
3. Collect and record qualitative client data, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the client portfolio, particularly VVIC and VIC.
4. Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and meet individual and collective boutique targets.
5. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities as directed by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
6. Maintain impeccable boutique standards and support colleagues and management in operational excellence.
7. Proactively inform management of necessary structural repairs to ensure a luxurious environment.
8. Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.

1. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
2. Strong clienteling and CRM skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive problem-solving abilities.

At least one prior experience in luxury or high-end sales is required.
