1. Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the Chloé family and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on VVIC and VIC clientele.
3. Implement personalized communication campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM objectives.
4. Collect and record client data systematically, ensuring all qualitative information is captured.
5. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
6. Participate actively in training sessions and commercial activities set by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
7. Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained and inform management of any necessary structural repairs.
8. Apply all guidelines related to boutique management, including stock, office, and wardrobe areas, and participate in inventories.
9. Support clients post-sale, ensuring impeccable after-sales service.
10. Adhere to Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.

1. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
2. Strong customer relationship management skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in using clienteling tools and CRM systems.

Candidates must have at least one prior experience in a luxury or high-end sales role.
