1. Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the Chloé family and providing an exceptional customer experience.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Engage actively in CRM activities to meet objectives and implement personalized communication campaigns.
4. Collect and record qualitative customer data, with a focus on VVIC and VIC clients.
5. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and achieve individual and collective boutique targets.
6. Participate in training and commercial activities set by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
7. Ensure the boutique's appearance is impeccable, supporting colleagues and management in operational excellence.
8. Report structural repair needs to maintain a luxurious boutique environment.
9. Adhere to Richemont's policies and standards, supporting after-sales service and inventory management.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury or high-end sector.

1. Trilingual proficiency in French, English, and either Arabic, Russian, or Spanish.
2. Strong customer relationship management skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates should possess at least one prior experience in a luxury or high-end sales advisory role.
