1. Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming all guests into the Chloé family.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
3. Engage actively in CRM activities to achieve objectives.
4. Implement personalized communication campaigns and utilize clienteling tools.
5. Collect and record qualitative client data systematically.
6. Know and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on VVIC and VIC.
7. Offer excellent customer service and drive strong sales performance.
8. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales.
9. Participate in training and commercial activities set by management.
10. Ensure the boutique's impeccable appearance and support colleagues and managers.
11. Inform management proactively about necessary structural repairs.
12. Apply guidelines for boutique management and participate in inventories.
13. Support post-sale clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service.
14. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. At least one experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
2. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
