1. Serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming guests into the Chloé family.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
3. Engage in CRM activities to achieve objectives, including personalized communication campaigns.
4. Collect and record qualitative client data, focusing on VVIC and VIC portfolios.
5. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales performance.
6. Participate in training and commercial activities set by store management.
7. Maintain impeccable store standards and support colleagues and management.
8. Inform management of necessary structural repairs to ensure a luxurious environment.
9. Adhere to store management guidelines and participate in inventory management.
10. Support post-sale client services to ensure impeccable after-sales service.
11. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
2. Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
