- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor results and develop action plans in collaboration with regional teams.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of regional needs and partner requirements.
- Coordinate Open-To-Buy (OTB) processes with Business Planning.
- Participate in showroom preparation and buying processes.
- Contribute to defining the main offering and clusters.
- Assist in pre-buy activities, showroom quantities, debriefing, and production cancellations.
- Define delivery timelines with product teams.
- Plan boutique deliveries in collaboration with Production and Supply Chain teams.
- Oversee collection deployment in markets, including Visual Merchandising and training tools.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury accessories purchasing.
- Strong product sensitivity and market trend understanding.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across different departments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas convincingly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative-taking abilities.
