1. Conduct comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance analyses to understand collection performance by store, product lines, and customer behavior, providing analytical support to retail and leather goods teams.
2. Coordinate the organization of retail showrooms, product briefs, and buying reviews.
3. Maintain constant market surveillance by gathering competitor, pricing, and trend information across regions.
4. Optimize sales and sell-through rates by implementing VM guidelines, tracking TTM, rebalancing inventory, and managing restocks.
5. Contribute to the development of a coherent and effective global product assortment strategy, including range planning and core offerings by cluster.
6. Participate in the implementation of the Off-Price strategy, including markdown packages and outlet sales tracking.
7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at headquarters and regional offices to ensure commercial objectives are met.

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, fashion, or a related field.
