1. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Engage actively in CRM activities to achieve set objectives, utilizing clienteling tools effectively.
3. Implement personalized communication campaigns and systematically collect and record client data.
4. Leverage omnichannel services to enhance sales performance and meet individual and collective boutique targets.
5. Participate in training sessions and commercial activities organized by the Boutique Director and Retail teams.
6. Ensure the boutique's presentation is impeccable, supporting colleagues and management.
7. Proactively inform management of any structural repairs needed to maintain a luxurious environment.
8. Adhere to boutique management guidelines, including stock and inventory management.
9. Provide post-sale support to ensure impeccable after-sales service.
10. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Experience as a Sales Consultant in luxury or high-end retail.
2. Proficiency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in CRM tools and clienteling techniques.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards.

Minimum of one year of experience in luxury or high-end sales consultancy.
