3. Plan and execute shop events to enhance customer engagement.
4. Train and develop junior and temporary staff members.

6. Manage customer data and inventory, including related administrative tasks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and sales, regardless of industry.
2. Passion for fashion and ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
3. Strong team player with effective communication skills with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
4. Ability to understand company policies and act proactively in task execution.
5. High awareness of sales targets and ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve them.
