- Conduct sales and customer service operations within the boutique.
- Plan and execute shop events.
- Train and develop junior and temporary staff.
- Propose and implement in-store displays and product placements.
- Manage customer data and inventory.
- Perform related administrative tasks using PC software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, regardless of industry.

- Strong teamwork and effective communication with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and team members.
- Proactive in understanding company rules and executing tasks independently.
- High awareness of sales targets and ability to strategize and execute plans to achieve them.
