- Plan and execute shop events.
- Train and mentor junior and temporary staff.
- Propose and implement in-store displays and product placements.
- Manage customer data and inventory.
- Perform related administrative tasks using PC software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, regardless of industry.

- High awareness of sales targets and ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve them.
