- Welcome and engage clients, establishing long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Achieve CRM targets through personalized outreach and effective use of CRM tools.
- Capture and maintain detailed client data, focusing on high-value clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance sales performance through omnichannel strategies.
- Participate in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
- Maintain store standards and report any maintenance needs to ensure a luxurious environment.
- Support after-sales services and ensure compliance with Richemont policies.
- Previous experience in women's ready-to-wear (WRTW) fashion.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in Arabic is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
