Chloé Sales Advisor

- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
- Engage actively in CRM initiatives and utilize clienteling tools to meet CRM objectives.
- Implement personalized communication campaigns and systematically collect client data.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and achieve individual and collective boutique targets.
- Participate in training sessions and commercial activities set by management.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance is impeccable and report any structural repairs needed.
- Adhere to boutique management guidelines, including inventory participation.
- Support post-sale client interactions to ensure impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end retail.
- Fluency in both French and English, with proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Spanish being advantageous.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and omnichannel sales strategies.
At least one year of experience in luxury or high-end retail as a Sales Advisor.
