Chloé Retail Training Partner

- Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to ensure the implementation of Chloé's service standards across all boutiques in Taiwan.
- Develop and execute personalized coaching plans for boutique sales associates to enhance customer experience.
- Provide comprehensive feedback through observation and communication with boutique managers and sales associates to ensure effective implementation of training and coaching plans.
- Utilize existing training tools and develop new resources to meet market needs, including brand content, selling techniques, and customer service experiences.
- Facilitate regular training sessions across the APAC region, focusing on boutique ambassadors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales techniques, customer service levels, and brand messaging, and formulate action plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with Mystery Shopping plans and Voice of Client initiatives to assess training needs.
- Optimize and manage the training budget, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Work closely with the regional training team to ensure proper launch and follow-up of training initiatives, incorporating necessary localization.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer in the retail, luxury, or hospitality industry, with an advantage in womenswear training.
- Proven track record in enhancing sales techniques for boutique staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach effectively.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
A minimum of 5 years in a training role within the retail, luxury, or hospitality industry.
