1. Instill a strong culture of both service and productivity within the retail network.
2. Achieve sales targets and manage store P&L and contribution.
3. Recruit, develop, and nurture store personnel, with a focus on Boutique Managers.
4. Act as a brand ambassador in Japan, fostering relationships with VIC clients, landlords, department stores, and the fashion community.
5. Plan and control sales budgets for supervising boutiques to achieve targets.
6. Manage boutique staff to ensure high sales skills and motivation, aligning with brand service standards.
7. Negotiate terms and conditions with department stores.
8. Collaborate with department stores on sales events and trends, maintaining continuous dealings.
9. Work with departments such as merchandising, VMD, marketing, logistics, and human resources to manage all aspects of boutiques.
10. Communicate and report to both Japan CEO and headquarters.
11. Analyze the market, develop strategic plans, and execute to reach budget targets.

1. 3-5 years of experience as a retail manager in the retail industry, preferably with a luxury brand.
2. Deep understanding of the retail business, fashion, and department store industries.
3. Business-level proficiency in English is preferable.
