1. Monitor daily sales and stock levels across stores.
2. Coordinate weekly stock rebalancing and replenishment.
3. Check delivery status and coverage of seasonal and core items.
4. Prepare weekly store sales summaries for internal meetings.
5. Assist in monthly merchandising reports for HQ and Korea management.
6. Track and report seasonal performance.
7. Support retail and wholesale buying activities.
8. Prepare order sheets and follow up on order confirmations via JOOR/Anaplan.
9. Assist in OTB tracking and post-buy performance review.
10. Manage VIC orders.
11. Coordinate product setup for events such as Styling Class and VIC Day.
12. Support outlet pricing inputs and seasonal sales tools preparation.
13. Provide stores with product information and seasonal training materials.
14. Coordinate visual execution to highlight newness and key products.
15. Assist in SAP issue handling, article validation, and pricing updates.
16. Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and accounting teams on required follow-ups.
17. Update seasonal map books and display guidelines.
18. Provide styling tools and display references to stores.

1. 2–6 years of experience in merchandising.
2. English proficiency preferred for HQ communication.

1. Strong Excel and numerical analysis ability.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Familiarity with SAP, JOOR, or BI systems is a plus.

2–6 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
