Chloé Merchandiser

- Monitor daily sales and stock levels across stores.
- Coordinate weekly stock rebalancing and replenishment.
- Check delivery status and coverage of seasonal and core items.

- Assist in monthly merchandising reports for HQ and Korea management.
- Track and report seasonal performance.
- Support retail and wholesale buying activities.
- Prepare order sheets and follow up on order confirmations via JOOR/Anaplan.
- Assist in OTB tracking and post-buy performance review.
- Manage VIC orders.
- Coordinate product setup for events such as Styling Class and VIC Day.
- Support outlet pricing inputs and seasonal sales tools preparation.
- Provide stores with product information and seasonal training materials.
- Coordinate visual execution to highlight newness and key products.
- Assist in SAP issue handling, article validation, and pricing updates.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and accounting teams on required follow-ups.
- Update seasonal map books and display guidelines.
- Provide styling tools and display references to stores.
- 2–6 years of experience in merchandising.
- English proficiency preferred for HQ communication.
- Strong Excel and numerical analysis ability.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with SAP, JOOR, or BI systems is a plus.
2–6 years of experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
