- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for Chloé in China, aligning with the global strategy.
- Enhance brand visibility and desirability, ensuring market share growth and identifying new opportunities for brand elevation.
- Create and manage annual and seasonal sales plans, ensuring objectives are met across all channels.
- Establish KPIs and targets for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
- Develop a robust client portfolio, ensuring the highest level of service and adherence to Maison standards.
- Monitor competitive activities and respond with strategic actions.
- Define and implement a client strategy for different segments of the client pyramid.
- Oversee communication strategy and ensure effective operational implementation.
- Develop client activation and retail animation programs within budget.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Represent the brand at press, PR, and events.
- Collaborate with HQ on buying strategies, focusing on market needs and business potential.
- Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.
- Conduct annual appraisals and set KPIs, fostering leadership and engagement.
- Manage the local brand P&L, preparing budgets and forecasts in line with brand and Richemont guidelines.
- Oversee retail leases and operating costs.
- Master’s degree in management or business administration
- Deep understanding of the Chinese market
- Entrepreneurial and client-oriented mindset
- Strategic mindset with transformation leadership capability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Strong fashion flair and affinity for luxury
- Proficiency in Chinese and English; French is appreciated
A minimum of 10 years in the luxury fashion industry with P&L responsibility in a retail and omnichannel environment.
Master’s degree in management or business administration
