1. Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

3. Implement personalized communication campaigns and collect qualitative client data.
4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet individual and collective boutique targets.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities as directed by management.
6. Maintain impeccable boutique standards and support colleagues and managers.
7. Inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
8. Adhere to boutique management guidelines and participate in inventory processes.
9. Support clients post-sale to ensure an impeccable after-sales service.
10. Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.

1. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end fashion.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling tools.
5. Understanding of omnichannel sales strategies.

A minimum of one year of experience in luxury or high-end fashion sales is required.
