- Implement personalized communication campaigns and collect qualitative client data.
- Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet individual and collective boutique targets.
- Participate in training and commercial activities as directed by management.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards and support colleagues and managers.
- Inform management of necessary structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Adhere to boutique management guidelines and participate in inventory processes.
- Support clients post-sale to ensure an impeccable after-sales service.
- Comply with Richemont's established policies and standards.
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in luxury or high-end fashion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and clienteling tools.
- Understanding of omnichannel sales strategies.
A minimum of one year of experience in luxury or high-end fashion sales is required.
