Chloé Logistics Performance Manager

- Lead the interface between Chloé, Richemont logistics teams, and central partners to optimize end-to-end delivery times and costs.
- Oversee all logistics flows between the central warehouse and retail, wholesale, and e-commerce outlets.
- Ensure optimization of e-commerce logistics flows.
- Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance BTC and BTB performance.
- Support the internalization of e-commerce activities by implementing and optimizing defined processes.
- Define and implement performance indicators for e-commerce activities.
- Coordinate logistics activities for finished products from warehouse arrival to final destination in BTB and BTC contexts.
- Develop reliable forecasting processes and ensure data quality for outbound flows.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to improve time-to-market and define SLA targets.
- Manage logistics improvement and transformation projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure process consistency between central and regional warehouses.
- Lead decarbonization initiatives within the logistics scope.
- Manage and develop a team member through regular feedback and support.
- Over 8 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong project expertise and deep knowledge of e-commerce logistics.
- Experience in the fashion industry or other fast-paced sectors is advantageous.
- Proficiency in information systems, ideally SAP.
- Fluency in English.
- Successful management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and structured approach.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to balance project rhythms with intense operational needs.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 8 years in logistics management, with a focus on e-commerce and project management within fast-paced industries.
