- Oversee the technical industrialization of leather goods and small leather accessories.
- Analyze production processes to optimize manufacturing time.
- Ensure product uniformity in accordance with the maison's quality standards.
- Monitor material consumption and supervise external companies in the development of production masters.
- Coordinate the production setup of items as per development phase requirements.
- Optimize production phases while adhering to targets for production, cost, and quality.
- Maintain an internal archive of models and production processes.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an industrialization technician.
- Extensive technical experience in the leather goods sector.
- Proficient use of CAD software, specifically Aimpes/Mozart.
- Comprehensive understanding of production setup processes.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
A minimum of 8 years in a similar industrialization role within the leather goods industry is required.
