1. Oversee the technical industrialization of leather goods and small leather accessories.
2. Analyze production processes to optimize manufacturing time.
3. Ensure product uniformity in accordance with the maison's quality standards.
4. Monitor material consumption and supervise external companies in the development of production masters.
5. Coordinate the production setup of items as per development phase requirements.
6. Optimize production phases while adhering to targets for production, cost, and quality.
7. Maintain an internal archive of models and production processes.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience as an industrialization technician.
2. Extensive technical experience in the leather goods sector.

1. Proficient use of CAD software, specifically Aimpes/Mozart.
2. Comprehensive understanding of production setup processes.
3. Strong teamwork capabilities.
4. Goal-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
6. Willingness to travel as required.

A minimum of 8 years in a similar industrialization role within the leather goods industry is required.
