1. Coordinate the complete development of Chloé's leather goods collection, including briefing, collection planning, and editing.
2. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure alignment with the artistic direction.
3. Manage pricing and margins to meet financial targets.
4. Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and conduct competitive analysis.
5. Coordinate with product development and industrial teams to ensure seamless execution.
6. Define target delivery waves for new collections.
7. Coordinate launch plans and key messaging with internal teams such as Visual Merchandising and Communication.
8. Collaborate with the sales merchandising manager to optimize product offerings.
9. Oversee collection costs, including allocation relative to capacity and press sets.
10. Lead and manage a small team, fostering individual growth and learning.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in accessory development within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong product sense and understanding of product category challenges.
3. Ability to manage projects transversally with method and rigor.
4. Proven experience in managing a small team effectively.

1. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Ability to take initiative and act with entrepreneurial spirit.

A minimum of 10 years in accessory development within the luxury fashion sector is required.

Higher education degree in a relevant field.
