1. Define, analyze, and monitor product costs from development to production phases.
2. Verify production times and collaborate with the technical team to improve product cost efficiency.
3. Assess leather consumption and provide feedback for cost improvement.
4. Evaluate the cost of metal hardware to ensure alignment with company markup goals.
5. Utilize SAP for cost insertion, analysis, and monitoring across collections.
6. Collaborate with the Category Management Team and other departments for margin analysis and final calculations.
7. Work with Demand Planning during the launch phase.
8. Partner with Time & Methods Specialists to analyze production phases and compare estimations.
9. Conduct consumption analysis to enhance product cost and reduce stock.
10. Create management reports to monitor collection margins.
11. Facilitate continuous markup improvement through regular meetings with purchasing, production, and façon functions.

1. Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of experience in the leather goods industry as a Costing, Time & Methods, or Production Planning Specialist.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Excel, including Pivot tables.
2. Strong knowledge of leather production phases.
3. Excellent English language skills.
4. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical teams and manufacturers.
5. Negotiation skills.

5+ years of experience in the leather goods industry, focusing on costing, time & methods, or production planning.

Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
