Chloé IT Project Manager — Procurement & Traceability

1. Lead end-to-end IT projects for procurement and product traceability, from discovery and requirements to deployment, testing and post‑launch support.
2. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (procurement, supply chain, product, quality, CSR and finance) to translate business needs into technical specifications.
3. Manage external vendors and implementation partners; oversee RFPs, vendor selection, contract milestones and deliverables.
4. Define and govern data models, master data processes and integration requirements to ensure traceability across suppliers and product lifecycle.
5. Coordinate testing plans, user acceptance testing (UAT) and remedial actions; prepare training materials and drive change management activities.
6. Maintain project plans, risks, budgets and KPIs; report progress to senior management and adjust scope to meet timelines and quality objectives.
7. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and sustainability requirements relevant to procurement and supply‑chain traceability.

1. Proven track record as an IT project manager on procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain traceability initiatives.
2. Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier onboarding, purchase‑to‑pay and master data governance.
3. Experience overseeing ERP or procurement platform implementations and integrations with multiple enterprise systems.
4. Strong vendor management skills with experience running RFPs and managing implementation partners.
5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management capabilities.
6. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.

Several years of experience delivering IT projects in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain contexts, including at least one full lifecycle implementation of an ERP or procurement/traceability platform. Experience working with multi‑stakeholder international teams and external system integrators is expected.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field; advanced degree desirable.
