Chloé IT Project Manager

- Establish and manage the governance of product master data within the organization.
- Lead and coordinate the community of key MDM users, providing training and conducting regular reviews of ongoing topics.
- Ensure the correct application of business procedures across various applications such as PLM and SAP.
- Document product development processes and the PLM tool, as well as all specific procedures unique to Chloé.
- Act as a liaison between Richemont and business units on all master data issues.
- Conduct initial analysis of incidents and ensure problem resolution in close collaboration with Richemont.
- Gather business requests for process improvements and enhancements.
- Implement a continuous improvement approach to master data processes, including analysis, estimation, and prioritization of requests.
- Manage process evolutions with dedicated partners.
- Organize support around applications.
- Participate in IT projects related to Product Development and Production, in collaboration with the domain manager.
- Compile and draft functional specifications based on business needs.
- Organize and lead workshops.
- Oversee development with dedicated partners.
- Organize and monitor testing phases.
- Manage deployment phases.
- Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in master data management and production environments.
- Strong understanding of PLM, SAP, and other related systems.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and tools.
Significant experience in IT project management, with a focus on master data management and production processes within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
