1. Establish and manage the governance of product master data within the organization.
2. Lead and coordinate the community of key MDM users, providing training and conducting regular reviews of ongoing topics.
3. Ensure the correct application of business procedures across various applications such as PLM and SAP.
4. Document product development processes and the PLM tool, as well as all specific procedures unique to Chloé.
5. Act as a liaison between Richemont and business units on all master data issues.
6. Conduct initial analysis of incidents and ensure problem resolution in close collaboration with Richemont.
7. Gather business requests for process improvements and enhancements.
8. Implement a continuous improvement approach to master data processes, including analysis, estimation, and prioritization of requests.
9. Manage process evolutions with dedicated partners.
10. Organize support around applications.
11. Participate in IT projects related to Product Development and Production, in collaboration with the domain manager.
12. Compile and draft functional specifications based on business needs.
13. Organize and lead workshops.
14. Oversee development with dedicated partners.
15. Organize and monitor testing phases.
16. Manage deployment phases.

1. Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in master data management and production environments.
2. Strong understanding of PLM, SAP, and other related systems.
3. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Significant experience in IT project management, with a focus on master data management and production processes within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
